Four seasons Wine Trail 2013 at The Conclave, Kolkata


A structured Wine Trail event was organized by Four Seasons Wines Limited, UB group on 6th july,2013 at the Conclave, Kolkata. This was a wine tasting event with bloggers of Kolkata and also a wine awareness initiative on behalf of Four Seasons. The 3hours long event was conducted by Mr. P.P.K.Mitter with informative videos and power point presentations to make the guests aware about various wines produced by Four Seasons in India and their vine yards, wine making process, wine serving tips and last but not the least, How to taste wine!!

I suggest smart exercises that involve short, intense bursts of activity. For example, on days when you're working out your back, do back exercises followed by a few minutes of cardio, and then return to working out your back. The pattern is: compound moves-cardio-compound moves. This is also known as interval sessions and is the fastest way to burn fat and get a sexy back. Stand Tall & Relax.

If you have marks, acne or pigmentation on your back, start prepping (list below) at least 10-12 weeks in advance. If you have mild problems, 4-6 weeks should be enough.
