Be it sexy plunging blouses or chic backless gowns, one can't wear these outfits without a 'wow' back. Here are some tips from experts on how to bring sexy back:
I suggest smart exercises that involve short, intense bursts of activity. For example, on days when you're working out your back, do back exercises followed by a few minutes of cardio, and then return to working out your back. The pattern is: compound moves-cardio-compound moves. This is also known as interval sessions and is the fastest way to burn fat and get a sexy back. Stand Tall & Relax.
